Job responsibilities:
• Handling management of major staff meetings and annual events of the organization.
• Performing clerical and admin tasks such as receiving calls, arranging appointments and ordering workplace supplies.
• Providing assistance to the HR team in recruitment and onboarding.
• Align schedules for meetings, deliveries, and events
• Identify and onboard new vendors
• Ensure that vendors are properly registered and aligned with the organization's processes
• Research and negotiate contracts
• Create and maintain reports to track administrative activities and vendor performance
• Other duties as assigned
