b. Candidates retain full responsibility for the accuracy and content of their resumes.
a. Our AI assistance provides candidates with guidance and resources to prepare for interviews, including mock interview simulations and feedback.
b. Candidates acknowledge that the AI assistance is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee interview success.
a. Candidates may create profiles and upload branding materials, such as portfolios or personal statements, to enhance their visibility to potential employers.
b. Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of their branding materials.
c. Candidates can pay separately to brand his/her profile to maximize reaching to hiring manager.
a. Clients may customize their profiles and branding materials on our platform to showcase their employer brand and attract top talent.
b. Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of their branding materials.
c. Clients can pay separately to brand his name in candidate market.
a. All intellectual property rights in our job portal services, including the AI tools and assistance, belong to us or our licensors.
b. Clients and candidates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for their intended purposes.
a. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
b. Clients and candidates agree not to misuse or disclose any personal information obtained through our services.
a. We strive to provide accurate and reliable services, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided.
b. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
a. Clients and candidates agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with their use of our services.
a. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice.
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
b. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws.
