Job Description

Responsibilities:

• AI Development: Participate in the design, development, and deployment of AI and LLM solutions in line with our organizational objectives.
• Hands-on Implementation: Engage in actual coding, scripting, and modeling. Be proactive in debugging and improving the existing codebase.
• Collaborative Work: Interface with data scientists, fellow engineers, and product teams to develop AI solutions addressing business needs.
•  Knowledge Update: Stay informed on the most recent AI and LLM developments and actively share new knowledge with colleagues.
• Performance Assessment: Frequently assess the efficiency and accuracy of models and recommend improvements.
• Prototyping: Collaborate in the rapid development and testing of new ideas, emphasizing iterative feedback and refinement.
•  Documentation: Assist in documenting solutions, models, and systems to ensure standardization and ease of maintenance.
•  Feedback Collection: Actively collect and integrate feedback from users and stakeholders to refine AI tools and workflows.
• Scalability Focus: Always consider the long-term scalability of solutions as our organization grows.
• Ethical AI Development: Adhere to ethical standards in AI, emphasizing user data protection and privacy.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Experience with AI tools and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. Familiarity with GPT models is beneficial. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is necessary.

• Practical Application: Some experience in employing AI and LLMs in real-world business scenarios is desired.

• Coding Skills: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with other languages like Java or C++. An understanding of data structures and software design is essential.

• Data Handling: Capable of manipulating data using tools such as Pandas and SQL.
