Sales Account Manager
Job Description

Responsibilities:·

  • Meet or exceed thresholds pertinent to success as define by sales goals & objectives.
  • Build and manage sales pipeline.
  • Articulate and effectively communicate Nividous’ value proposition to prospect leadership, including C-level IT leadership.
  • Day to day management of existing accounts to expand Nividous footprint.
  • Lead efforts to up sell Nividous Intelligent Automation platform licenses and services. ·
  • Be responsible for preparation of customer proposals in collaboration with internal teams.·
  • Negotiate and close deals in timely manner keeping quarterly targets in mind.·
  • Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales opportunities.·
  • Build excellent relationship with partner community to identify opportunities and expand pipeline.·
  • Generate and execute sales campaign ideas and maximize sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.· 2.5 - 7 years of prior sales experience in software services industry.·
  • Prior experience of selling Enterprise Software such as BPM (Business Process Management), RPA (Robotics Process Automation), ERP, ESB, BI, Enterprise Portal.·
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding presentation and organizational skills.·
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota on quarterly basis.·
  • Extremely good time management skills.·
  • .Ability to overcome hurdles to advance sales cycle for timely closure.·
  • Proficiency using mainstream PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM solutions such as salesforce.com
