Job Description

Purpose:

  • Responsible for Site execution work (Highway Projects)

Organizational Structure:

  •  Reports to General manager & Directors

Responsibilities: -

· Plan the delivery of the Project at hand

· Manage the day to day working utilization implementation & technical consultants engaged on Client assignments. From ensuring the correct material turns of before the Job to explaining the work ethics and activities to colleagues.

· Report progress on projects by suitable media to sector management maintains and updates project reporting. Check points & financial reporting to a high standard.

· Plan & arrange visits to existing & new potential clients ensuring every client receives sufficient support to enhance their relationships.

· Develop contacts with senior staff, directors & other influential staff within each account during implementation phase.

· Co- ordinate required support levels & training.

· Produce reports on each project at agreed intervals & whenever substantive actions are required.

· Planning & monitoring the projects.

· Preparing & maintaining project stage & exception plans as required.

· Monitoring overall progress & use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary.

· Adopting & applying appropriate technical & Quality strategies & standards.
