Job Description

Role-
Handling recruitment process.
Issue Appointment Letters, induct employees and complete exit formalities.
Handling Employee Grievances, feedback and maintain internal employee relations in the organisation.
Preparing and maintaining employee records.
And other day to day HR functions in the organisation.
Executive/Sr Executive:
Payroll Management
Education- MBA (HR/ Accounts specialisation)
Experience- 1-4
Salary bracket- 12-18k
Preferably a MALE candidate with a long term vision to learn and grow with the organisation.
Past experience from any Industry 
Should live nearby and flexible
Role-
Handling Payroll process
Responsible for Statutory compliances like PF, ESI
Handling Attendance Software in our plant and managing the data
