Job Description

Requirements:
• We need dynamic folks who have a good understanding of LTE/5G RAN protocols Layer 2 with expertise in: eNodeB/gNB multi-functional feature development in RAN areas is a must,
• Good knowledge of real time operating system concepts.
• Exposure to multi-thread application development on multi-core real time embedded Linux platforms.
• Excellent programming skills in C, C++.
• Exposure to scripting languages viz. Python, shell scripting etc is desirable.
• Proven track record of building motivated, collaborative, and productive teams, including remote team members.
• Accomplished servant-leader capable of supporting multiple teams simultaneously.
• Passion to proactively seek ways to improve processes.
• Compassionate and willing to offer conducive solutions.
• Can constructively resolve problems.
• Demonstrable ability to build business relationships and gain the trust of others, while embracing constructive feedback.
