• We are seeking talented and motivated Software Engineers interns to design, develop and test software that controls and optimises various mobile robotics systems.
• The Robotics Engineer(Software) will have an assigned technical mentor to help with onboarding, as well as 1-1 guidance from their manager, and will work closely with other engineers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Robotics Engineer (Software), you will: ?
• Identify and develop software solutions to current business problems
•  Work with your team lead and team to create milestones and deliverable
•  Participate in daily scrums and reviews with development teams
• Write code and unit tests and integrate code with other software and hardware components
• Prototype and test concepts,features, and algorithms both through simulation tools and with real robots

QUALIFICATIONS  

• Strong software development skills in Modern C++ (11/14) .
•  Should have minimum 3 years of experience in mobile robots
• Good hands-on experience with ROS and ROS2 framework
• Good hands-on experience with the Linux operating system.
• Core knowledge in data structures and algorithms
• Sensor fusion
• Experience in the field of mathematical modelling, path planning, and control of mobile robots
• Experience in Inverse and forward kinematics
• Experience in version management softwares
• Experience with programming embedded systems and working with external hardware devices.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
•  Good understanding of linear and nonlinear control theory
