• Training: Grooming Team of Express, distributors, and operations on Product knowledge, System usage, and helping them achieve business targets. Help Express partners to design an Action Plan and ensure that the plans are executed.
• Supervision: To review all the activities undertaken By Express Partners in accordance with the sales Process. To supervise and take action on weak Express Partners on a monthly basis on the following parameters of recruitment/Net Sales/SIP Sales/ Client Acquisition/Reporting of sales Process.
• Recruitment of partners: To arrange activities with Express centers to recruit the Partners (Distributors) for NJ Express. Activities include fieldwork, presentations, and one-on-one meetings. The Objective is to build the team of NJ Express so that they can do the Business as per the Target.
• Achievement of Targets: To ensure that the targets in terms of recruitment of Distributors, Net Sales, SIP Sales, and Insurance Sales are met. centers profitability should be the core focus of Express Partner.
• Reporting: To report the review of all the activity undertaken by the Express Partner in the system and superior.
• Administration: Ensure that compliance, employee discipline, processes, and policies are adhered to at the express centers.
