Duties/Responsibilities:
Recruitment Management:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
· Proven experience (typically 7 to 9 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment.
· Recruitment Experience in Engineering or manufacturing firms
· Diversity candidate recommended.
· Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and build strong relationships.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· There is no work from home or hybrid working.
· Candidates should have hands on knowledge to use the job portals and should be able to close junior level and contractual positions.
